For many years I thought about going to school, I never knew what I would want to do so I worked. I worked very hard was very successful, though I felt a little lost and wanted to try my hand at something more along my interests. With my Digital Design degree I hope to be able to apply it to some fun and exciting projects.

My father was in the military for 22 years of my life. So I spent a lot of time traveling. In 2006 we found our selves back here in Washington state, our home state, to be close to other family. In the last year of high school I went to my senior year at Bethel High and onward from there.

While I am going to school, I have started working here at this wonderfully themed store. Day to day I work with the guests that come into the store. I give them my knowledge of the food and pleasent exchanges. I help with marketing and have even been asked to help with web designing their website.

What I learned...
  • Listening and guest relations
  • Training and loyalty
  • Sharis Cafe and Pies

    Store Manager

When I was just out of high school I made the choice to work instead of going straight back to school. I worked at Starbucks and Wendys but soon moved to Sharis. I started as a hostess in the Sharis family and quickly worked my way through the ranks. Around 2010 my hard work worked in my favor and I was offered my own store. I worked the rest of my time at Sharis as a training manager. I opened many stores and was very successful. I wasn't sure if this is what I wanted though. The lessons I learned and skills aquired were invaluable.

      What I learned...

    • Listening and guest relations
    • Multi-tasking and hard work
    • Finacial responsibility and Marketing
